For which machines?
HORUS is available for all ZAYER machines—as well as for all machines equipped with Heidenhain and Siemens CNC controls. The number of supported controllers is constantly expanding.
HORUS BASIC – standard on every new ZAYER machine
All current ZAYER machine tools come standard with access to the HORUS service platform.
Documents
The complete machine documentation is available at any time via the service platform—always up to date thanks to automatic updates.
Milling Heads
Milling head positions and movements can be clearly visualized and understood in an interactive 3D simulation.
HORUS Premium
The HORUS Premium Package offers a comprehensive introduction to digitally networked manufacturing—with a complete set of modules that can be flexibly adapted to your individual requirements
can be adjusted. All modules are also available individually and can be combined in any way you like.

Live!
HORUS Live! allows you to view all relevant machine data in real time—regardless of location. You can view current programs, operating mode, and potentiometer settings at any time on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. In addition, Live! offers an integrated teleservice for direct remote access to the machine.
Fleet Control
HORUS Fleet enables digital monitoring and control of the entire fleet through a single platform. Alerts, running programs, energy consumption, and tools in use—all at a glance. Fleet is not limited to ZAYER machines: Machines from other manufacturers can also be easily integrated.
Production
HORUS Production provides a detailed analysis of machine performance—for a specified time period or based on a single program. Usage frequency, tools used, and programs run can be analyzed quickly and intuitively, without the need for any external software. In addition, Production enables the 3D reconstruction of motion sequences and processing steps—which is also fully integrated into the platform.
Energy
HORUS Energy provides complete transparency regarding the energy consumption of your ZAYER milling machine. Peak consumption is reliably identified and displayed in clear performance charts. With the right sensors, the energy consumption of individual machine components can be precisely measured and analyzed—providing a valuable foundation for optimizing machine processes and reducing operating costs.
Insights
HORUS Insights enables predictive maintenance for your ZAYER milling machine. The module suggests optimal maintenance times, detects when consumables are running low, and sends automatic alerts in the event of anomalies in critical components—such as drives or leaks in circuits. In addition, physical models can be integrated into the system to further expand its analytical capabilities.
Observer
HORUS Observer allows you to monitor the work area of your ZAYER milling machine from anywhere—in HD quality and with a powerful zoom. Operation is intuitive via a touch panel. You are the one who decides at all times who is allowed to view the images and where they can be accessed—whether in the office or at another production facility.
