Design
45° milling head
Installed as standard, suitable for positioning and simultaneous operation—with a motor spindle up to 15,000 min⁻¹ and a maximum torque of 200 Nm at 42 kW of drive power.
Torque Rotary Table
Rotary table with a diameter of 2,000 mm, driven by a powerful torque motor with up to 20,800 Nm of torque—for precise turning and milling operations on a single machine.
Dynamic Control
Sensors in the linear drives automatically adjust the machine’s dynamics to the machining operations—accelerations of up to 4 m/s² and abrupt changes in direction are possible at any time.
Vibration-free
The newly redesigned basic structure eliminates natural vibrations without the need for additional damping systems—ensuring the highest precision with maximum dynamics.
Ergonomics
Large sliding doors, an automatic roof, transparent panels, and optional high-resolution video cameras ensure excellent visibility and accessibility to the workspace.
Intuitive
Height- and tilt-adjustable control panel with an anti-glare touchscreen—including interactive, video-based manuals accessible directly on the control panel.
EcoDesign
Automated energy-saving features and the extensive elimination of consumables significantly reduce the environmental footprint during operation.
