We are looking to expand our technology department at our new technology center in Lontzen, near Aachen. Are you
passionate about machining, do you think in terms of processes, and would you like to oversee milling, turning, and grinding projects from concept to a compelling result? Then we look forward to seeing you.
Your Responsibilities
- Trial runs, feasibility tests, and
demonstrations at the Technology Center and at trade shows - Planning, programming, and optimization of
machining processes in the areas of milling and multitasking involving turning and grinding - Development of work time studies, tool concepts, and practical machining strategies
- Collaboration on turnkey projects—from task analysis to a robust customer solution
- Development of innovative machining technologies and custom solutions
- Close collaboration with sales, service, customers, and technology partners
What You Need to Bring
- Completed training as a machining technician,
industrial mechanic, or comparable technical qualification - Several years of practical CNC experience—ideally in milling—and basic knowledge of turning and/or
grinding - A solid understanding of tools, clamping techniques, cutting parameters, and process optimization
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAM systems is a plus
- Teamwork and communication skills, as well as a passion for direct interaction with customers
- Proficiency in German or French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
